"         Finch v.  Schechter, Supreme Court, New York County Index No. 125906/2002.  Declarant on behalf of his client challenged in an Article 78 proceeding the Family Court’s policy of not holding a visitation hearing until after the natural parent’s termination of parental rights.  Grandparents having to wait months to be heard on applications for meaningful visitation while their grandchildren are languishing in foster care.  

                       

"         Hayes v. Oklahoma City, 487 P.2d 974 (Ct. Crim.Appls., 1971)  The highest court of the State of Oklahoma declared the Oklahoma City loitering statute unconstitutional.
